Description
We did our research and learned that the No. 1 problem most people have is monotonous eating.
There are only 3 ways to start eating a variety of foods (and no, it’s not to save more recipes from the Internet):
1. learn new techniques to cook from a familiar set of foods in new ways;
2. explore new flavor combinations to cook with familiar staples, but get new results at the expense of details;
3. to explore new products in order to try new things and experiment in the kitchen.
We’ve created a short course, lasting only a week, so that you can try each of the ways in practice and start making changes to your family’s diet.
It’s not hard at all. And it’s a lot of fun.
Training format
– The course takes place on the school’s learning platform
– You can take the course from your phone, tablet or computer
– On the platform you submit your assignments: pictures of cooking steps, which are evaluated by the chef-curator
– For prompt support during grocery shopping or cooking you are added to the closed chat with the chef-curator
